By accessing or using DreamCloser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of service
DreamCloser is an AI-powered email automation service that connects to your Gmail account to read, classify, and respond to inbound emails on your behalf. The service uses AI to generate email replies and follow-up sequences.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use DreamCloser only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use DreamCloser to send spam, illegal content, or harassing messages.
4. AI-generated content
DreamCloser uses AI to generate email replies on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, especially in Approval Mode. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated emails sent from your account.
5. Subscription and billing
DreamCloser offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of liability
DreamCloser and Teknewlogy Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business or lost leads.
