We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and business information during account registration and onboarding.

When you connect your Gmail account, we access your emails via the Gmail API using OAuth 2.0. We never store your Gmail password. We only access emails in your inbox to provide the DreamCloser service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve DreamCloser, including to process and reply to your inbound emails, generate follow-up sequences, and classify lead intent.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest. Gmail OAuth tokens are encrypted and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-party services

DreamCloser uses the following third-party services: Anthropic Claude AI for email processing, Google Gmail API for email access, Clerk for authentication, Supabase for data storage, and Resend for email notifications.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
